what to expect for your first visit?

We are looking forward to meeting you and your family at EPIC!   Here’s what to expect during your first visit:

  • When you arrive at EPIC, look for the KiDS Area Entrance which is two doors down from the main entrance (Suite M).  Our Kid’s Check-In worker will greet you and assist you checking in for the first time.   Check In to the Kids Area is fast and easy, especially if you complete our Pre-Check before coming. This does not obligate your kids to go to the Kids area if they'd prefer to stay with you.  If you'd like to Pre-Check your kids, please complete this form for your family HERE. Begin with your name and contact info and you'll then be prompted to add your children.
  • Our Kid’s Area is for Babies through Grade 5.  Children from Babies through age PreK (up to age 5) can be dropped off in their classrooms before the start of service.  Children K through 5th Grade attend the first part of service with their parents then they are dismissed to their teachers in the lobby to head to their classrooms.
  • At EPIC, we have separate classrooms for the following age groups:
    • Babies (Ages 0-18 months)
    • Toddlers (Ages 19 months to 3 ½ years)
    • Pre-K (Ages 3 ½ to 5 years)
    • Kindergarten & 1st Grade (5-6 years)
    • 2nd & 3rd Grade (7-8 years)
    • 4th & 5th Grade (9-10 years)
  • While in the Kid’s area, your children will learn from a Gospel-centered curriculum, enjoy crafts and games, and have fun with each other.
  • Our Kid’s area is safe and secure, monitored by our security team and teachers.  All volunteers have completed an application, interview, background check, and safety and abuse training.
  • Please email our Kid's Director, Stephanie Walker at steph@epiccommunitychurch.org with any questions.  We look forward to welcoming you and your family at EPIC!
