kids ministry

From the time a child is born till the time they graduate high school, parents and kids have 940 weekends together. They go by so fast! At EPIC we want to partner with parents to help children learn and grow.  We care deeply about the spiritual development of children and their families.  So, we have provide a fun learning environment on Sunday mornings during the worship services for birth through Grade 5.

Curriculum: We use The Biggest Story. Through the The Biggest Story, kids will understand the Bible is not just a collection of stories, but one unified story—God’s story of redemption. For more information about this curriculum, please visit The Biggest Story website.

Security: At EPIC, we care deeply about the safety of your children.  All of our children's volunteers undergo a background check and we use a check-in system to ensure only legal guardians can go back into the kid's area.  In addition, we have a security team that monitors the church throughout services (the security team is led by numerous law enforcement individuals).

Student Ministry

Todays students are growing up in a challenging environment and navigating things that previous generations didn't have to.  So our student ministry seeks to:  partner with parents in the lives of their children, provide a fun place for students to  connect with others, provide caring mentors who invest in the lives of young people, provide solid, biblical, interactive, and engaging teaching,  help students share their lives with others through small group interactions, and train students to lead and to reach out to others with the love ofChrist.  Kevin Blake is EPIC’s Student & Outreach Pastor.  Email him with questions at kevin@epiccommunitychurch.org.
