The Most Influential Church

All of us need role models to show us how to live/do certain things. This is true for us as individuals and for us a church. In Acts 11, we are introduced to perhaps the most influential church in the Bible and in history, the church at Antioch. This was the first majority Gentile church. In addition, this is the first place where followers of Jesus were called Christians. Lastly, this church was the first to send out missionaries and it became the base of operations for Paul's missionary journeys. Examining this church can help us to grow as individuals and as a church.
