You Need Cave Time

In our series on the life of David, we come to one of his most difficult seasons — hiding in caves, hunted by Saul, and tempted to take shortcuts. In 1 Samuel 22 and 24, David learns that the cave is not wasted time but God’s workshop, where character is formed and faith is tested. Instead of skipping the hard parts, David chooses to wait on the Lord, reminding us that God is at work even in the dark places.
